Working memory assessment in South Africa
Ecological validity, psychometric evaluation and everyday cognition.
Research. Innovation. Impact.
Curious about people. Passionate about research. Committed to meaningful impact.

I am fascinated by the questions that shape how people learn, create and navigate the world around them. My work brings together research, entrepreneurship and public engagement, with a focus on building ideas that are thoughtful, practical and grounded in evidence.
Alongside my academic work, I founded Phapano to expand access to psychology education and career development in South Africa. Whether I am conducting research, speaking, writing or building new initiatives, my goal is to contribute work that is useful, meaningful and creates opportunities for others.
Research
